Andrew Horn

Title: East Coast Director

Childhood Dream: To be a rock star.

Andrew Horn signed on with Dreams For Kids in November of 2008. Andrew is our East Coast Director, which includes Washington D.C, Maryland and Virginia. The first Extreme Recess event in the region is scheduled for July 18, 2009, with a full calender of events for the remaining months of the year.

We first met Andrew in the summer of 2007; Andrew worked with us full-time in the Chicago office as our first intern. He helped to plan some great events over the summer including our DFK benefit volleyball tournament right on North Ave. Beach, a benefit golf tournament, and also helped to organize a presentation and wheel-chair basketball demonstration for the National Speakers Association Youth Conference in San Diego.

Andrew is a graduate of 2008 graduate of Virginia Tech and currently lives in Adams Morgan in Washington, D.C.
