Mark is a partner in the law firm of Chapman Cutler. Since its founding in 1913, Chapman and Cutler LLP has focused on innovative and practical legal solutions for complex financial transactions. The firm has represented market participants in all aspects of banking, corporate finance and securities and public finance transactions. In addition to traditional financings, the firm is widely recognized for its experience in specialized areas of finance, including leveraged leasing and other lease finance, asset securitizations and pooled investment products, such as defined portfolios and mutual funds.

Mark practices in the firms Banking Department. His practice focuses on representing banks and financial institutions in documenting, negotiating, and structuring secured and unsecured transactions. Mr. O’Meara’s experience includes asset-based lending, cash-flow lending, project financing and acquisition financing.

Mark graduated from Ohio University and earned his Juris Doctorate from Kent Law School, and holds an MBA from Washington University.
