The Seniors in the Entrepreneurship course took their learning to a local burger shop to talk about the business behind a successful restaurant. Epic Burger is a local burger shop with the vision of educating the world about the importance of local and sustainable food. Epic Burger has opened 8 restaurants in and around Chicago and claims that some of the secrets to a successful business are consistency in processes, treating your staff with respect, and thinking big. District managers, Matt and Brian shared some epic behind-the-scenes tips with our entrepreneurs and made the experience even more memorable with a delicious Epic Burger feast.
