Why? We are studying tools, specifically the difference between mediocre gardening tools and great gardening tools so that we can then design our own. How? We will be talking to Home Depot employees about how tools are used, the parts that make up the tools, and which tools are most effective and why.

What? This term we are studying design, and how to make things better. The purpose of this FE is to io introduce the class to professional designers, and to get them to start thinking like designers.
