Building a City @ Chicago Architecture Foundation

Why?

For the first unit of Urban Planning, we are studying bridges and building our own. Before we do that, we need to see the big picture of Chicago, the skyscrapers as well as the bridges surrounding the loop, to get a sense of what’s out there.

How?

At the end of this FE, students will have:

  • prepared 3 to 5 thoughtful questions to ask during a meeting
  • taken notes during the talk
  • completed the FE worksheet
  • taken pictures of the most interesting bridges and buildings on our walk
