Discovering a Community of Puppets at Nasty, Brutish & Short
The students in the A Show of Hands class are taking a deep dive into the world of puppetry. They are investigating how puppets have been used to pass down stories and cultural practices, address taboo topics, and communicate under censorship.

The budding puppeteers attended Nasty, Brutish, and Short, the puppet cabaret hosted by Rough House Theater and Links Hall, and quickly understood how and why puppets are effective in communicating and uniting. Huge props to Rough House and Links Hall for a stellar introduction to the world of puppets. See Less
